What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identifying and securing new commercial clients in Yorkshire and beyond
- Building strong, consultative relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Working closely with our expert broking team to deliver tailored, competitive insurance solutions
- Leading conversations with confidence and market insight, acting as a trusted advisor
What We’re Looking For
- A proven Account Executive or Development Executive with a strong track record in securing new business
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills in a client-facing role
- Solid knowledge across a range of commercial insurance products
- A growth mindset – someone who thrives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture
- CII-qualified or working towards it (preferred)
