What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively identifying and securing new commercial clients in Yorkshire and beyond
  • Building strong, consultative relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Working closely with our expert broking team to deliver tailored, competitive insurance solutions
  • Leading conversations with confidence and market insight, acting as a trusted advisor

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven Account Executive or Development Executive with a strong track record in securing new business
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills in a client-facing role
  • Solid knowledge across a range of commercial insurance products
  • A growth mindset – someone who thrives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture
  • CII-qualified or working towards it (preferred)
