Senior Estimator - Major Infrastructure (Sellafield)

Location: Sellafield, Cumbria
Salary: circa ~£70-80,000 + package
Job Type: Permanent

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Estimator to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.

This is a key role within the pre-construction team, responsible for leading estimates across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and prepare detailed cost estimates for major infrastructure works
Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
Engage with supply chain to obtain accurate pricing
Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering options
Support bid submissions and commercial strategyRequirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator/Senior Estimator within civils or infrastructure
Strong understanding of NEC contracts and pricing structures
Experience on major projects or regulated environments
