About the Role

Health Now is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our Complex Care Bank in Grimsby, specifically for weekend work.

This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred complex care to individuals within their own homes. We have both 1:1 and 2:1 packages running every weekend, with a range of day and night shifts available.

This is an excellent opportunity for carers seeking additional weekend hours on a flexible 0-hour contract.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe and effective complex care within the community

Support service users with clinical and personal care needs

Follow detailed care plans and risk assessments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

Essential Requirements

Minimum 6 months' home-care experience (dated within the last 12 months)

*

Proven complex care experience

*

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

*

Reliable weekend availability

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, compassionate approach to care

PEG feeding

Tracheostomy care
