Hours: 3 days per week + every other Saturday AM | Office-based

We're partnering with a growing business in Knutsford to find a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with people, is highly organised, and wants a role that blends customer care with hands-on fulfilment.

You'll play a key role in making sure customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and with the personal touch the business is known for.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders quickly and accurately

Helping to receive and organise incoming e-commerce stock

Communicating with customers via email, phone, and live chat

Keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organised

Supporting with courier queries, returns, and exchanges

Working with the store and buying teams on stock availability

Assisting with regular stock checks and reconciliations

What we're looking for:

A friendly, positive people-person with great communication skills

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach

Confident using basic computer systems (training provided)

Organised, reliable, and a strong team player

Experience with Shopify or Shiptheory is a bonus, but not essential
