💰 Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + competitive benefits package

🕒 Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm | Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm

📄 Contract: Permanent

We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Engineer to join a growing technical services team. This is a field-based role where you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting managed print devices across client sites within the Midlands region.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

* Attending on-site technical support calls within target response times

* Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining colour and mono MFP devices (low, mid & high volume)

* Ensuring accurate and timely service record updates via PDA tools

* Maintaining digital documentation via cloud-based systems

* Keeping company vehicle and equipment safe, compliant, and presentable

* Submitting accurate expense records

🧠 What We're Looking For

* Strong experience repairing and maintaining managed print / MFP devices

* Confident with diagnostics and fault finding

* Basic networking capability (installing print drivers, connecting devices to networks)

* Full UK Driving Licence

* A proactive “can-do” attitude
