A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Demi Chef de Partie to join a well-regarded, award-winning dining establishment on the outskirts of Basildon.

The kitchen serves modern British gastro cuisine with a creative twist, using seasonal and locally sourced produce. You will be working within a small, professional brigade of 5 chefs, producing high-quality dishes in a supportive and well-run kitchen.

This role is ideal for a strong Commis Chef ready to step up or an existing Demi Chef de Partie looking to progress in a quality environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie within a 1AA Rosette (or similar) kitchen
• Good knife skills
• Passion for quality food and British cuisine
• Hard-working with a positive team attitude
• Reliable and keen to learn and develop
• Able to provide good references

Must have the right to live and work in the UK

Car driver essential unless taking the live-in accommodation
