NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established family run firm of Financial Planners who have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and pro-active Corporate Finance Administrator to join their offices in Leeds City Centre.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking for a career within the financial planning industry.
Daily responsibilities will consist of:
Creating new client packs
Input Fact Find details into client database
Prepare and send off authority letters and send to client for signature
Check all Anti-Money Laundering information is current and relevant checks have taken place
Obtain Illustrations, application forms, key feature documents and other relevant supporting documentation
Submit new business
Track new business and current position, updating planner/paraplanner accordingly
Prepare for client reviews

What we need from you?
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Ideally a 2:1 or above in a finance related degree, e.g Economics
You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Solid communication skills and a good telephone manner
Good attention to detail and an analytical mind
