Warehouse Supervisor – Early Shift

• Supervise the warehouse team during the early shift (04:00 – 14:00)
• Oversee daily operations including goods-in, picking, and vehicle dispatch
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment
• Drive performance and productivity while maintaining high standards
• Support training and rollout of WMS, ERP, and transport systems
• Monitor stock accuracy and report on KPIs and team performance
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development

• Proven experience in a warehouse or depot supervisory role
• Comfortable working early shift hours and leading a team
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• IT literate – confident with Excel and warehouse systems
• A valid forklift licence and IOSH certification are desirable
• Proactive and hands-on with excellent attention to detail
