Data Analyst (FTC / Contract)Gloucester - Hybrid – 3 days on site (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)Fixed-Term Contract / Contract Overview We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join a Gloucester-based organisation on a fixed-term contract to support a number of key data initiatives across the business. This role will play a key part in improving reporting capability and supporting a new ERP programme, helping the business better extract, integrate and utilise data across multiple systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with different data tools, building reporting capability, and supporting system transformation projects.   Key Responsibilities Data & Reporting (Non-ERP Projects)

• Support the rollout of a new Power BI reporting capability across the business.
• Work with existing tools such as Phocas to analyse and interpret operational data.
• Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources, including Internal systems, to improve reporting accuracy.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting outputs for stakeholders
• Quickly learn and adapt to new data tools and platforms.

ERP Programme Support

• Assist with data extraction and preparation for an upcoming ERP system implementation.
• Expand existing demo datasets into larger, more representative data sets for wider use.
• Support the rollout of ERP data across the wider group.
• Help ensure data structures, files and outputs are suitable for the ERP implementation.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of data as the project progresses.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a Data Analyst or Business/Data Reporting role.
• Strong experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Experience working with data extraction, transformation and reporting.
• Comfortable working with multiple data systems and tools and quickly picking up new platforms.
• Exposure to ERP systems or ERP implementations (implementation experience is beneficial but not essential).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
