Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Night Shifts – £21.50 per Hour

This beautiful, purpose-built service provide care for both older and younger adults with nursing, complex, and personal care needs. This is a permanent night nurse position, 36 hours per week, with paid breaks and excellent opportunities for training and development.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
• Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in decision-making
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to person-centred care
• Ability to lead a team and work independently at night
• Good communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care during night shifts
• Support residents with a range of personal, complex, and clinical needs
• Administer and manage medications in line with NMC standards
• Lead and guide care staff to ensure best practice is delivered
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to personalised care plans
• Work closely with families, colleagues, and external healthcare professionals
