At Nurseplus, we are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead our Hull branch. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing branch and play a key role in its continued success.

The Role

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day management of the branch. You will lead the team, drive business development, oversee recruitment activity, and ensure excellent service delivery to clients and staff.

You will also participate in the on-call rota, supporting out-of-hours operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Hull branch

Lead, support, and develop the branch team

Drive business development and build strong client relationships

Oversee recruitment activity and staffing levels

Manage branch performance against targets and budgets

Ensure compliance with company and healthcare regulations

Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Participate in the on-call rota

About You

Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Recruitment Manager, or similar leadership role

Background in recruitment, healthcare staffing, or a sales-driven environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Commercially driven with experience managing targets and performance

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
