Would you like to work for a rapidly scaling and high performing finance function?  The Role:We are pleased to be exclusively partnered with a fast-growth and highly profitable business based in Northamptonshire on the hire of a Management Accountant to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of preparing monthly financial results across various international locations and departments.
• Produce detailed cost analysis reports comparing departmental spend against budget and previous year figures, for review and presentation purposes.
• Support the finance leadership team in compiling the annual budget and carrying out related financial analysis.
• Assist senior finance colleagues in the effective coordination and completion of the year-end audit process.
• Manage the accurate preparation and submission of VAT returns and tax compliance reports across relevant jurisdictions.
• Compile and present weekly cash flow forecasts for senior finance leadership review.
• Monitor foreign currency balances and manage forward currency contracts through designated platforms.
• Set up and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliation files for review by finance management.
• Take responsibility for completing and maintaining the intercompany reconciliation matrix.
• Collaborate with finance colleagues to maintain and improve process effectiveness and control.
• Contribute to ongoing development within the finance team, including process improvements and staff training initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:

• ACCA/CIMA qualified – would consider strong QBE/Finalist options too
• Proven track record in a similar well-rounded, broad Finance Manager or Management Accountant role.
• Aptitude to thrive in a very fast-paced business which is scaling at a rapid rate.
