Our client is an established packaging distributor based in Nottingham looking to recruit a Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join their tight-knit team and facilitate the smooth-running of their rapidly expanding business.

The right candidate will be joining a relaxed and friendly office environment, free of micromanagement and offering a lot of support throughout your career.

Duties and responsibilities

*

Relationship-building with new and existing customers, providing them with administrative support.

*

Handling customer enquiries via both phone and email.

*

Processing customer orders and logging supplier details.

*

Creating, maintaining, and updating records.

*

Record filing.

*

Chasing up of orders to ensure timely delivery.

*

Other general and ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

*

Previous experience in a comparable position (essential).

*

Impeccable organisational and administrative ability.

*

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

*

Good IT skills, with particular competency in Outlook and Excel.

*

Experience with Sage (preferred)

*

Experience working in a distribution, supply chain, logistics or packaging environment (preferred).

Hours of work

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
