Description

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
Source potential candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
Screen applicants to assess their suitability for open positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of recruitment activities.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in Northwich.Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and compliance standards.
English proficiency (French, German or other European languages as a plus.)

Competitive hourly pay rate ranging from £16.00 to £20.00.
