Great Opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our clients leading logistics company.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Northampton.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, the hours of work are:

- 06:00am - 14:00pm
- 14:00am - 22:00pm
- 22:00pm - 06:00am

You will need to be available to work weekends, and bank holidays and be available over 7 days.

The rate of pay is:

- Days £11.44 per hour
- Nights £12.65 per hour

Your Time at Work

Warehouse Operatives will perform within a team, handling customer merchandise following the site procedures, and meeting the agreed productivity and accuracy levels. Other duties include:

- Working as part of an operational team within the warehouse, this will be achieved by using the site's best practices and procedures.
- Following the site Health and Safety policy to create a safe working environment.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse Operative will be reliable and hard-working. You will work quickly and accurately, following instructions and procedures on-site and communicating effectively with other team members.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
