I'm recruiting for a well-established client in London who is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Level 3) with strong electrical or mechanical experience in commercial settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful team and work across a variety of commercial sites.

The Role:

* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial systems

* Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical faults

* Ensure all work complies with health & safety and regulatory standards

* Work closely with colleagues and contractors to deliver excellent service

What We're Looking For:

* Level 3 qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

* Proven commercial experience in sectors such as offices, retail, or healthcare

* Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
