About the Role

This role is rewarding but can be challenging, as ECLOs support people through some of the hardest moments of their lives: fear, grief, adjustment, uncertainty. You'll also be juggling multiple work streams - patient support, clinical relationships, admin, data, reporting, and the proactive promotion of the ECLO service. You'll need to be switched on, adaptable, and able to manage fast moving, reactive situations while keeping longer term tasks on track. The right person will be able to provide steady, compassionate support while still moving forward with practical next steps.
