Mortgage Relationship Manager

Our client is a leading Mortgage & Protection brokerage that offer the full spectrum of financial services to their clients. We are looking for a motivated individual to join the team and help develop relationships with existing clients and existing lead providers.

The role

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, working closely with stakeholders to drive awareness, participation and satisfaction. You’ll act as the day-to-day point of contact, ensuring a professional, responsive and proactive partner experience.

The Person

You will be a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a background in managing and developing relationships, ideally within the mortgage & protection industry. Customer service and business development skills are at the forefront of the role so we will be looking for demonstrable experience in this area. Both face to face and telephone based experience is essential.
