Are you a skilled front-end developer with a passion for CRO and user experience? We’re looking for a mid-level UX Developer to join our digital optimisation team and help us improve our customer journeys through rapid experimentation.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll write “hacky” A/B and multivariate test code to manipulate live pages—not production code—enabling the team to test ideas quickly and validate improvements before handing successful experiments to the production team.

• Build and implement A/B and MVT test code using JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

• Manipulate live pages to run rapid experiments aligned with CRO and digital strategy.

• Ensure test builds work reliably across browsers and devices.

• Analyse experiment outcomes to identify statistically significant results.

• Work closely with UX, Optimisation, and Digital teams to improve customer experiences.

• Contribute to the ideation and execution of digital journeys and optimisation tests.

• Handoff successful tests to production teams for implementation.

• Mid-level front-end developer (bridging junior and senior experience).

• Strong skills in JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, CSS/SCSS.

• Experience with CRO, A/B testing, or digital experimentation is highly desirable.

• Logical, structured thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

• Understanding of web accessibility standards is a plus.

• Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.

• Flexible working – remote is possible, but Peterborough-based preferred for 2 days/week in the office.
