We are excited to invite applications for a versatile and dedicated KS1/KS2 Teacher to join our vibrant primary school community in Southampton. This permanent, full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to teach across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, making a positive impact on pupils' learning and development from September 2025.

About the Role

As a KS1/KS2 Teacher, you will have the flexibility to work in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on your expertise and the school's needs. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire pupils, support their progress, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues and support staff to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring inclusive access to the curriculum.

This role suits both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with a thorough induction and mentoring programme available.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience or strong capability in teaching Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2

Excellent classroom management and organisational skills

Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate well
