Job Title: SEN Administrator & Family Support Worker
Location: South West London
Contract: Part-time (4 days per week, Term Time Only)
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £140 - £160 per day
Contract Length: Fixed-term until July 2026
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm

We are working with a highly regarded, 'Outstanding'-rated primary school located in South West London. Set within a dynamic and developing area, the school is known for its inclusive values, academic excellence, and commitment to strong community partnerships.

They are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate SEN Administrator & Family Support Worker to join their team on a part-time basis for the #removed# academic year. This dual-role position will support both the Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision and family engagement strategy.

Role Overview:

SEN Administration (2 days per week):

* Prepare and manage SEN reports and documentation

* Organise meetings with parents and SEN staff

* Liaise with external agencies and internal SEN stakeholders

* Keep records up to date and ensure clear communication

Basic knowledge of SEN is required.

Family Support (2 days per week):

* Assist families with access to services, parenting support, and community resources

* Offer guidance on family finances and wellbeing

* Encourage and facilitate attendance and parent engagement (not an Attendance Officer role)

* Coordinate coffee mornings and parent networking opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

* Background in SEN admin or relevant support roles with a solid grasp of SEND practices

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Organised, empathetic, and proactive in supporting both children and families

* Confident in working collaboratively within a school environment
