They are looking to hire an Innovation Hub Co-ordinator to join their dynamic and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to help with the day-to-day running of the innovation hub and providing customer service support to tenants, members, stakeholders, and partners.
The Role:
Your key responsibilities will consist of:

Providing world class customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
Manage and maintain relationships with all suppliers and sub-contractors.
Be first point of call / key contact for all potential and current members and partners to understand and respond to their needs. Acting as the face of the hub for all queries and concerns and ensuring excellent customer service.
Handle enquiries, delegate to relevant departments when appropriate and give tours of the space to prospects
Working with our Director of Operations and Business Development Manager to on-board new tenants and members to the hub.
Develop ideas and initiatives to improve the member experience.
Sharing member's success with the marketing team for use on promotional channels
Work with facilities and tech teams to ensure smooth running of the space and facilities.
Manage the day to day activities and maintenance in the co-working space.Skills and Experience:

Minimumof 3 years' experience in a customer service role.
Previous experience of working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
A demonstrable 'customer-centric' approach to work and problem solving.
Strong ability to build relationships and demonstrate confident interpersonal skills with colleagues at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organise and prioritise own time and workload.
