You will be working for a leading contractor in social housing throughout Manchester.
Your new role
You will be required to:

Electrical Testing & Repairs: Conduct electrical testing, fault-finding, and remedial works in homes and facilities.
Installations: Install domestic electrical accessories, extractor fans, external lighting, and perform rewiring tasks.
Maintenance: Carry out routine and emergency maintenance, including portable appliance testing (PAT).
Void Property Inspections: Inspect empty properties, record findings, and prepare work orders.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with tenants to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Electrical Testing
Full UK driving licence
Previous Social experienceWhat you'll get in return
