Learning Support Assistant wanted!Are you passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young learners? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Teaching Assistant in Secondary schools.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
• Assist with the implementation of i education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
• Support students in their learning, offering one-on-one assistance or small group activities as required.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers, identifying areas for improvement and intervention.
• Assist with the supervision of students during breaks, lunchtimes, and off-site activities.
• Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all students.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

•  Relevant qualification is required; a relevant degree or teaching assistant certification
• Previous experience working in a secondary school setting
• the ability to engage and connect with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students' educational and personal development.
• A commitment to upholding safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology is advantageous.
