What will you do as a Financial Controller?

* Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

* Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital

* Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions

* Report on project and product-level profitability

* Support pricing, tenders, and margin improvement initiatives

* Act as finance lead for ERP system selection, configuration, and rollout

* Develop new finance processes aligned with ERP capabilities

What do you need as a Financial Controller?

* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

* Has senior finance experience within manufacturing or engineering

* Proven record in strengthening financial controls and reporting

* Has led ERP implementation projects
