The RoleTeaching Personnel are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with an excellent school where pupils feel well known, supported and have the tools to progress and achieve their potential. You will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, helping to create a positive and engaging environment. This particular role will involve supporting children with Additional Learning Needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Provide 1:1 support or small group interventions
Assist pupils with ALN
Help manage behaviour in line with school policies
Prepare learning resources and classroom materials
Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
What We’re Looking ForExperience working with children (school, nursery, youth work, care, coaching, personal experience)
A positive, proactive, and patient approach
- DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
