We are recruiting an Integrated Supply Manager managing MRO spares inventory and its supply chain from demand to point of use to a key client in the catering industry with several manufacturing business across Ease and West Africa

To work alongside the project leader, implementing and sustaining this complex change management program, we requires an energetic, commercially aware and technically capable Integrated Supply Manager (ISM).
The ISM will Manage the roll out of our 3PMRO service across Africa, gaining an understanding of the clients existing ways of working, as we adapt and integrate our systems. The ISM will oversee the management of our contract and the development of our in-client staff, as we deliver service and value across these most challenging and strategically important regions.

The role will report to the Project Manager, working within the business development team, the ISM will possess knowledge of the MRO category, or will have previously been a part of an Integrated Supply solution within the industrial sector. The ISM will work within a team, developing the commercial relationship with our client's factory management executives and supporting their reliability and asset care teams
Travel, to, from and within Africa, is an essential component of the job. You will need to be comfortable working overseas, using your initiative and drive to meet the daily challenges of working in emerging markets.

Requirements within the role:

" Experience in delivering a full integrated supply solution in partnership with a corporate client.
" A solid understanding of the requirements of manufacturing operations in complex markets
" The ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels
" The ability to establish and maintain a network of contacts at all levels within key clients (Stakeholder Management)
" The ability to sell a value proposition and business concept
" An understanding of the challenges that exist when operating in partnership with large corporate organisations
" The ability to develop and anticipate the client's future needs
" Management and delivery of detailed business reviews to the service users, cataloguing the benefits and reporting the values delivered through the partnership
" Creation and development of a strategic plan to deliver ongoing service improvement and value add to the client
The successful candidate will have the following skills: 
Be a confident, ambitious and capable individual
A desire to succeed in a growing business services company, where there is no ceiling to your career potential,
Fully experienced in delivering complex projects, with multiple stakeholders across Operational Supply, Engineering and Finance (Make) business functions.
A people manager with experience in delivering Integrated Supply solutions (not necessarily MRO), to high profile accounts.
A self-motivated individual willing to undertake regular travel. As evident in the title, your clients and CRM support teams are located to either Asia, Africa or the Middle East. The candidate will be within their markets for between 1-2 weeks at a time every 4 to 6 weeks. Previous experience, working in emerging markets, is beneficial.
A proactive leader with an ability to anticipate a client's needs possessing a gift for communication and negotiation.
A candidate with a solid technical capability and the necessary knowledge to carry out this job to the highest standard, is essential.
Able to manage a complex service rollout across multiple markets to a clear but flexible plan.
Having a background in Strategic or Key Account Management is essential
  Microsoft Office products, at a high level of competency (Excel, Power Bi), are essential. Some SAP knowledge would be beneficial
