The firm is seeking a Disputes Paralegal to join the Commercial Litigation team initially on a 6-12 month fixed term contract but with the potential for extension . You will work with highly experienced Solicitors to gain invaluable skills to progress even further within the firm. You will deal with a broad range of work such as International litigation, Contract disputes, Fraud and Pensions.
The role will consist of a wide range of duties including, but not limited to; advising on breach of contract remedies and enforcement, assisting with litigation in substantial and diverse commercial property portfolio for institutional landlord clients, drafting Statutory demands, bankruptcy and winding up petitions.
- You will have at least 3 years' experience in Commercial Litigation
- You will first class organisational and prioritising skills
- You will have excellent communication skills
- You will have exceptional attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to undertake effective and accurate legal research
- You will have a firm knowledge and understanding of landlord and tenant issues and Commercial/residential property
