Senior Site manager/ Project manager up to 60k per year DOE

Multi- Disciplinary company who specialises in commercial refurbishments, Cat A & Cat B projects. They deliver complex projects that have allot of variation to keep things interesting. They have a strong pipeline of projects ready to start in Bristol however offer Nationwide services with allot of work in London.

The project values will often be up to 3 million, and you will be expected to be a number one on these projects and will be given freedom on the projects you are overseeing. You must be comfortable running commercial refurbishments from start to finish and carrying out the design and build.

The company themselves are fantastic to work for they truly value those involved and you will feel invested in the business as you won't be seen as a number.

Next project details

The next project will be in Bristol, and you will be carrying out the design and build on a commercial refurbishment, you will be on the job start until finish. And this company are looking to make the hire November 2023 or December 2023.
