We are conducting interviews next Wednesday the 23rd Via Teams call for this position so please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested further, or simply apply for this role through this advert.Geo-Technical Engineer - Data CentresA highly experienced and technically proficient Geo-Technical Engineer with 5-10 years of hands-on and progressive experience in the application of geotechnical engineering principles across complex, high-specification data centre projects.Proven expertise in delivering critical geotechnical evaluations at the project delivery level, ensuring safe, stable, and compliant foundations for large-scale infrastructure.Extensive knowledge and practical application of geotechnical engineering methods, standards, and best practices, including soil mechanics, ground improvement, and foundation design.Skilled in conducting in-depth site investigations, analysing subsurface conditions, and providing data-driven recommendations to inform structural and civil engineering decisions.Demonstrated capability in geoenvironmental assessments, including the investigation and management of contaminated land and groundwater. Proficient in performing geoenvironmental testing, developing contaminated land risk assessments, and designing appropriate remediation strategies in line with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.Strong working knowledge of local and international regulatory compliance frameworks, codes, and standards relevant to geotechnical and environmental engineering, ensuring project adherence throughout all phases of development.Adept at preparing conceptual and schematic drawings, detailed Scopes of Work (SOW), and accurate budget estimates to support planning, tendering, and execution phases.Brings a collaborative mindset and effective communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders, facilitating seamless integration of geotechnical solutions into the broader project strategy
