We are looking for a proactive School Business Manager to lead strategy, operations, and recruitment for a specialist education and community provision in Sidcup. This key leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting organisational growth, and managing staffing and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and business development
- Manage operations, resources, and budgets
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff management
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in school business management, operations, or senior administrative roles
- Strong strategic thinking, organisational skills, and leadership
- Background in education, SEND, social care, or community services (desirable)
- Confident in recruitment, team management, and operational planning
