Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs

Assist in implementing personalised learning plans

Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

*
Support pupils in managing behaviour and emotional regulation

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with SEN and SEMH pupils (essential)

A calm, patient, and resilient approach

*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff

*
Relevant qualifications or training in education, SEN, or mental health (desirable but not essential)
