I'm working with a fantastic provider who is looking to appoint a Registered Manager for a well-established Family Assessment Centre based in Walsall, set in a lovely, calm location that genuinely supports positive outcomes for families.

The service is rated well, has a stable and experienced staff team, and provides high-quality assessments in a supportive, structured, and nurturing environment. This is very much a well-run service, not a turnaround role.

An experienced Registered Manager, or
A strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next stepYou will be responsible for:

The overall leadership and management of the Family Assessment Centre
Ensuring high-quality, child-focused and family-centred assessments
Maintaining Ofsted compliance and strong safeguarding practice
Leading, supporting, and developing a committed staff team
Working closely with local authorities and multi-agency professionals✅ The Ideal Candidate

You will have:

Experience within a Family Assessment Centre and/or children's residential services
A good working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills
Confidence managing quality, compliance, and staff teams
