Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE)

Location: Bolton (Hybrid - 60/40 split)

Salary: £50-60K DOE

A well-established and respected law firm in Bolton is looking for a skilled Private Client Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their successful and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a high-quality caseload and work with a strong client base, offering a flexible hybrid working model (60% office, 40% from home).

The Role:

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of private client matters, covering areas such as:

Wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and lasting powers of attorney

*

Complex estates, including those with business or agricultural elements

*

Providing expert advice on high-value and sensitive matters

*

Maintaining strong client relationships and offering exceptional client care

*

Collaborating with colleagues and supporting junior team members when required

*

Dealing with HNW inidivudals

Requirements:

*

At least 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law

*

Strong technical knowledge across all areas of private client work

*

STEP qualification is desirable but not essential

*

Experience in managing complex, high-value cases

*

Strong communication and client care skills

*

Team player with a collaborative approach
