Workshop Assistant - £12.77/hr
Location: Medway
Hours: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm

We're looking for a hands‑on, motivated Workshop Assistant to join our busy workshop and provide essential support to our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, wants to learn, and is keen to build a long‑term career in a workshop environment.
About the Role
You will work closely with our workshop team to help keep operations running smoothly. Daily tasks will include:

Supporting team by preparing and laying out work

Changing equipment safely and efficiently

Collecting and returning items from stores
Keeping the workshop organised and tidy
Assisting with general workshop duties as neededThis is a varied, active role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy and learning on the job.
What We're Looking For

Ideally, someone with FLT (Forklift) experience or a valid licence
Practical, hands‑on approach and willingness to get stuck in
Good work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
