Compliance Officer

Location: The Oasts, Newnham Court Village, Bearsted Road, Maidstone, ME14 5LH

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 2+ Months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 16.56 per hour

Responsibilities

Ensure 100% compliance on all lifts within the portfolio.

Check and upload certification to various platforms.

Monitor inbox and respond accordingly.

Take minutes for monthly contractor meetings.

Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets ensuring accurate data at all times.

Perform data reconciliation.

Check and process invoices.

Collaborate with contractors and other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is supplied to residents.

Person Specification

Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving compliance goals.

Proficient in using Excel and other data management tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Experience in managing compliance-related tasks and documentation.
