Day-to-Day of the role:
- Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment in Levels 1-5 Health & Social Care.
- Set SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential.
- Monitor and track learner progress
- Use combined methods of practical, theoretical, and digital which will engage your learners
Requirements:
- Be able to work effectively with colleagues and management to achieve strategic and organisational objectives.
- Hold a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above
- Teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one
- Assessors award or be willing to work towards one
