Job Title: Temporary Picker & Packer

Location: Theale (near Theale Train Station)

Duration: Up to 6 weeks (Temporary Assignment)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm

Parking: On-site car parking available

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Picker & Packer to join a busy, fast-paced warehouse operation based in Theale, conveniently located near the train station. This is an early shift role, working 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday, for up to 6 weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is reliable, and thrives in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking orders accurately using pick sheets
• Packing goods securely and efficiently
• Preparing items for dispatch
• Working to daily targets and deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting the wider warehouse team as required
• Candidate Requirements
• Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience desirable
• Ability to follow pick sheets and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to undertake heavy lifting where required
• Reliable and punctual, particularly for early starts

• Early shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• Monday to Friday (no weekends)
