Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts: 6 AM - 2 PM & 2 PM - 10 PM) with flexibility

Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our forward-thinking client in Huddersfield looking after their tooling and maintenance.

What You'll Do:

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and premises.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Diagnose and resolve electro-mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Actively participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient, safe, and productive workplace.What You'll Bring:
Essential Skills:

Strong understanding of safety and quality standards.
Expertise in electro-mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.
Experience in TPM and continuous improvement processes.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of power presses and metal forming equipment.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Welding and abrasive wheel training.
Health and Safety Committee involvement.Qualifications:
