We are currently seeking three experienced Team Leaders to take responsibility for day-to-day operations across the following areas:

* Cutting & Welding Shop

* Fabrication & Beading Shop

* Logistics

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a busy and well-established manufacturing environment, working closely with the Works Supervisor and wider production team.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate the daily activities of your team, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient production.

* Provide clear instruction and guidance to staff on priorities and order of work.

* Ensure all products leaving your area meet strict quality standards.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and employee attendance.

* Train, develop, and support team members to carry out tasks correctly and efficiently.

* Promote and maintain a safe working environment, identifying and addressing risks promptly.

* Recommend training needs or re-grading opportunities for team members where appropriate.

* Support coordination of workflow across all areas of the factory.

* Assist with the allocation of personnel to ensure effective coverage across shifts.

* Open or secure the factory at the beginning and end of shifts, including lunch and break periods, as required.

About You

* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within manufacturing, production, or logistics.

* Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead by example.

* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

* Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

* Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced production environment.
