What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - PGCE or Bachelor of Education
Early Careers Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply
Confident classroom management and positive behaviour strategies
A creative, engaging teaching style with a focus on pupil progress and wellbeing
Ability to assess, monitor, and provide insightful feedback to support achievement
A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching and learning
