Residential Property Solicitor – Legal 500 Firm – Cranleigh Our client, a prestigious Legal 500 law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy Cranleigh office.The Role The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with in-depth technical expertise across a full spectrum of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity

They will be able to manage their own caseload from instruction through to completion, with strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.The Ideal Candidate
