ROK/USFK Interoperability Lead - (Korea) (Security Clearance Required)

Overview This position is contingent upon a contract award SOSi is seeking a highly qualified ROK/USFK Interoperability Lead to support a program providing architecture and engineering, command and control (C2) networks and associated C2 systems support services for our U.S. Government customer in South Korea. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting programs providing critical IT infrastructure and network services for government customers. Responsibilities Serve as primary organizer, planner, and advisor for interoperability issues between the Republic of Korea (ROK) Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) and other U.S. commands. Provide recommendations for operational, systems, and technical views of the interoperability architecture. Coordinate between ROK and U.S. commands in regard to international programs and provide the ability to conduct technical translation (Korean/English) of meetings and technical documents. Plan, coordinate, and support staff elements and SME to prepare briefings and specific action items related to interoperability between U.S. and ROK; deliver all required reports, briefs, and other documentation. Coordinate meeting agendas and briefings between U.S. and ROK, including planning the meetings and associated logistics, producing program minutes and tracking all action items through to completion. Prepare senior leadership products/briefings for General Officers and Senior Executive Service leaders, working groups and Governance boards. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or another related field. Active DoD Secret clearance. Minimum of 10 years of related experience. DLPT rating of 2/2/2 in Korean is desirable. Working Conditions Normal office working conditions
