New Homes Sales Advisor - Worcestershire

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Excellent Commission Package Hours: Thursday - Monday, 10:00am - 5:30pm Contract: Permanent

We are recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join a leading developer in the Worcestershire region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident in a sales environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and is passionate about guiding buyers through the new homes journey.

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will take ownership of the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and assisting customers in the marketing suite and show homes

Managing enquiries, appointments, and follow‑ups

*

Presenting development information, pricing, and availability

*

Building strong relationships with buyers and supporting them throughout the process

*

Working closely with site teams, solicitors, and sales management

*

Maintaining high presentation standards across the sales environment

*

Achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous new homes sales experience or a strong background in customer‑facing sales

*

Is confident working independently and managing a busy sales environment

*

Enjoys working towards targets and delivering results

*

Has excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Is proactive, reliable, and able to build rapport quickly

*

Holds a full UK driving licence
