The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Work alongside teachers to provide extra support in classrooms.
Assist students individually and in small groups to help boost confidence and achievement.
Support learners with a range of academic and personal needs, ensuring every student can access learning effectively.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Previous experience in schools is beneficial, but we welcome transferable skills from other settings where you've supported children or young people.
