Head of Data & AI - Hybrid (London) - Microsoft AI Ecosystem - up to £125,000

What you'll be doing

• Shape and own the AI strategy for the business
• Guide clients on how to adopt AI safely, responsibly and at scale
• Lead and grow a talented team of AI, data, and cloud specialists
• Oversee delivery of end-to-end AI initiatives across cloud AI, Copilot, automation, and data platforms
• Create repeatable delivery patterns, accelerators, and best-practice frameworks
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Stay plugged into new Microsoft capabilities and emerging trends
• Represent the business in the AI community through events, content and workshops
• Drive internal enablement to keep the team ahead of the curve

To hit the ground running, you'll bring:

• Strong experience with Microsoft's AI and data ecosystem (cloud AI, Copilot, analytics platforms)
• Experience with multi-model or multimodal AI solutions
• Understanding of ML lifecycle and modern AI adoption patterns
• A background leading technical delivery teams in AI or digital transformation
• Confidence in pre-sales conversations, client-facing solution design, and shaping engagements
• Strong grounding in enterprise architecture, governance, security and responsible AI
• Clear, confident communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• A natural curiosity and love for emerging technology
• Bonus points for consultancy/SI experience, community involvement, or cloud/AI certifications
