Requirements:
- Active NMC registration
- Previous nursing experience within a care home or elderly care setting preferred
- Confident working nights with good clinical judgement
- Experience supporting residents living with dementia is beneficial
- Strong communication, organisation and record-keeping skills
- Calm, reliable and compassionate approach
What’s on offer:
- £22.90 per hour
- 36-hour contract
- Opportunity to join a well-established care home environment
- Supportive leadership team
- Initial Teams call with the Home Manager as the first stage interview
The home is publicly described as a 35+bed purpose-built property in four acres of Oxfordshire grounds, with en-suite rooms, Wi-Fi, landscaped gardens, a sensory therapy room and an activities-led approach designed to support residents’ quality of life.
