We are looking for a Mechanical And Electrical Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

The Mechanical And Electrical Manager, will be responsible for:

Supervising a team of engineers to deliver routine maintenance tasks and reactive work.

*

Identifying remedial work from PPMs and ensuring completion in a timely manner in line with SLAs.

*

Managing sub-contractors and specialist suppliers while onsite.

*

Ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety procedures, Codes of Practice, and Statutory Regulations.

*

Monitoring, coordinating, and managing specialist and sub-contractor services, including scheduled audits to ensure value-for-money service delivery.

*

Ensuring compliance with Permit to Work Systems

*

Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time, from job initiation through to completion, closure, and billing.

To be successful for this Mechanical And Electrical Manager role you must have:

Proven experience supervising Hard FM services in commercial or industrial properties.

*

Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience in Mechanical services.

*

Understanding of Health and Safety best practices.

*

Ability to lead by example, including conducting toolbox talks and safe systems of work.

*

Proven track record of delivering high-quality services in line with SLAs, budgets, and client expectations.
