Job Description

We are currently looking for a cook/chef to work at our lovely little prep school, working alongside the Chef Manager. 

The role is 40 hours per week, £14.50 per hour -Pro Rata

Mon-Fri.  Term time only

To assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Chef Manager specially salads, protein dishes, cakes and hot food for our pupils.

To assist with stock taking when required.

Run our lunch service with the team and assuring great customer service following service standards 

To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.

To be a team player, assisting other team members when necessary.

To ensure stock, deliveries and wastage are all checked and recorded in line with company and food standards.

As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will  possess bags of enthusiasm.
