The role:
You will thrive within a fast paced, environment whilst keeping the customer at the heart of what you do. You will be liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisers etc.
Key responsiblities:
- Proactively progressing individual cases from post mortgage application through to completion.
- Problem solving when required to move purchases and re-mortgages along.
- Maintaining a positive relationship with clients and Mortgage Advisers.
- Working to deadlines to ensure clients achieve their dream move.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Can build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Have atleast 12 months experience in Mortgage Admin
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the Mortgage and Home Buying process.
- Being Driven and Self Motivated.
